Jacques, a charismatic and confident youngster, has been training in martial arts since he was a kid. He idolizes his sensei, Master Lee, who teaches him not only fighting techniques but also valuable life lessons. When Jacques learns that the community center where he and his friends hang out is slated for demolition to make way for a new high-rise development, he feels a deep sense of injustice.
